PropertyApp provides an online marketplace that allows users to browse, search, and enquire about residential and commercial properties listed for sale or rent. We act as a platform connecting prospective buyers and tenants with property listings and do not act as an estate agent, broker, or legal advisor.

PropertyApp does not verify the accuracy of listing details, including but not limited to pricing, availability, size, or features. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any financial commitment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PropertyApp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
